We did a make good in Chatswood on a commercial space, removing the decal signage and the plasterboard partition walls, patching the removed sections and finishing with a full end of lease clean. The job started on 8 October and finished on 14 October.
The decals came off first, then the partitions. The removed plasterboard was wrapped for disposal to eliminate dust transfer, so there are no white footprints tracked through the space like snow. We then delivered it to a waste management facility. Wrapping is more time effective, because there is far less cleanup afterwards. The sections where the partitions stood were made good, and a basic freshen up paint went over the space before the full commercial clean.
The space was left ready for a new owner or tenant in the heart of Chatswood, in one of the prime locations.
